For all of you who currently take creatine, or are thinking about it, this article is something you should read. I took creatine for a long time, and I noticed after a few workouts i just didnt have that same energy as I had when I first started taking it. I thought it was over training, but then I came across Ribose. If you've never taken gear before, or a pro-hormone, the first time you do a good 10g creatine 10g ribose stack, you'll get a small taste to what its like to be on gear.

well i keep seeing posts about creatine, my 2cents is the stuff works. i dont sell it, i dont make money off it, i dont have any connection off anything, i was simply saying from my experience it works wonders.5'10

yeahthe ribose size is the one to go with, but its way over priced there. i paid like 20-25 bucks for it at DNC.
