If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
Not noticing much after the thanksgiving binge, other than I am regular, and its more solid than it usually is. Acne came back on my face though, so I'm wondering if I was out eating the effectiveness of the probiotic lol. Who knows! Keeping the dosing at two, I don't fart very often any more, which is appreciated by my lady.

The reason you notice those affects when you start is because the good bacteria is fighting off the bad bacteria. Once the bacteria is more balanced, you will be more regular.
So where are the poop updates here??? Were those Beasts poops above??? Sorry Baby if he didn't clean up after himself...have him bring a poop bag next time!
Updates have been slow but there is nothing to report, I've been pooping twice daily. Acne is clear. Eating easily 200 grams of protein per day and only fart when I eat beans or lentils.
Alright guys, thanks for following along. I'm shutting the log down as nothing has changed beyond the initial things I said. Overall, great product to reduce protein farting, bloating, and facial acne!
