So I am in this weight loss contest (by % of pounds lost, not bf) and I have been dieting for 5 weeks now. I have done pretty good as I have lost about 12lbs. I have a plan for the last 2 weeks to drop quite a bit in just those weeks, but that's not my question.
Over this past weekend, I took a little break from the diet (mainly because I didn't feel like going to the grocery store...I know...lazy!) . I ate taco bell one day and I ate some chinese yesterday. How is it that ate on my diet all last week and hit my macros perfect and hit my workouts and what not and didn't lose a pound but after a weekend of cheating I wake up this morning and I am 2lbs lighter than last week?
