  • Losing weight too quickly.

    Month and a half ago I was 227, this morning I was 204. I'm tossing in a couple more cans of tuna and flax every day, or something! I think if I go below 200 I might cease to exist. What a mental case.

          ive been cutting hardcore.....i felt i was getting too flat (losing muscle)...so i knocked cardio to twice a week (from four days) and added a quality source of fat to every meal just to be a lil safer.....im still cutting> now slowly but surely....good luck to all

              Protein is not the answer, flax would help too. Most people with fast metabolism need to up the carbs though. Try upping carbs by 50-100g a day. If your getting soft, lower them back down, and add 30-40g of good fats a day.

                damn I thought i was loosing alot 12 pounds in a month and a half but i dont feel bad at all now thanks auriflex you made my day.
