I have taken B12 injections SQ for about 2 weeks now. I am taking 400 mcg 3 times a week. Diet has not changed at least not on purpose. So far I have noticed an increase in energy and this transferred into about a little over a 1% fat loss in a week. Not done a skinfold test this week yet.
So far I like the way I feel and the results.

I should start using mine again. I stopped because it left bruising on my stomach an it was bugging me. Tried Intra A few times and may be better for me.
I tried it , they where giving it away at the TRT clinic I was going to so I would talk a free shot along with the TRT. after 3 weeks I decided to call it quits felt nothing different and the doc said if I haven't noticed I prolly never will. he said its only any good when your defficient of it in the first place. now my girl has taken them and raged about how great they are so... just different strokes..
