So my co worker is doing her little excercise thing,trying to drop a few pounds and ask me if a know of an appetite suppressant ,everything i know is frowned upon,so i need a little help here,ideas please

There is this really expensive liquid I use called water. When you feel hungry drink a couple glasses. Seen quite a few studies that state hunger pains are actually confused with the starting of dehydration.

tell her to try the dr.oz diet . my girl been doing it and has droped a good bit of weight. as far as what it is not really sure she and I havent gotten into detail about it but I can tell you it is working and fairly simple

if its short term, I might get slack for this I would recommend , for the short term, 10mg tid for 3 weeks of Ritalin or adipex. it helps bbers lose weight quick with a trick called alcohol. but have her try Ritalin 10mg tid brother.

some Lasix to only 10mg to rid the body of extra water. use it only for 3 weeks and have a banana with the Lasix 10mg ed in am.

Yup 2 gallon water will do it except for the cirst week you may feel bloated

I've used IML's Pyro-Rx twice with good results. It helps to suppress my appetite and burn the hell out of some fat. I stick to just 1 cap a day strong stuff.

Lay off the carbs. When I eat larger amounts of carbs, I stay hungry. When I eat high protein and fats, gtg.

If she's looking herbal and safe have her try hoodia boss, also if she's looking for a good fat burning plus appetite suppressant have her look into lipo6. Also TGB has a lean formula that works great too.
