    Re: Enlarged heart

I read somewhere once that it's very common for body builders to have a enlarged left ventricle from the stress out on the heart from strength training.

            Re: Enlarged heart

Fuzo has actually been well, minus the joint pain and hip/back issues.

              Re: Enlarged heart

^^^^^^^^baby does fuzo train heavy or light or mixes it up. because w/ parabola you need to be warmed up as the weight you can lift is tremendous, and if his joints are not warm he could tear something and nobody wants a zipper on there physique

                Re: Enlarged heart

I agree with FIST. Personally i have been diagnosed with what they call "Athlete's Heart" defined as

"a non-pathological condition commonly seen in sports medicine, in which the human heart is enlarged, and the resting heart rate is lower than normal. AHS is caused by significant amounts of aerobic exercise performed over a period of at least several months. Athlete's heart is common in athletes who routinely exercise more than an hour a day, and occurs primarily in endurance athletes, though it can occasionally arise in heavy weight trainers. The condition is generally believed to be a benign one, but may sometimes be hard to distinguish from other serious medical conditions. For example, on the results of an electrocardiogram (EKG) athletic heart syndrome may be mistakenly interpreted as evidence of serious heart disease"

I've been to several cardilogists, not due to complications but due to my father having and eventually dieing from 6 heart attacks, and they've all said the same thing.

Ive got a study listing this i'll bump up for you.

Now with that said,I do feel and have suggested that FUZO do cycle off for a while due to the other complications he's posted about
.This can only help him thats for sure.
