Hey guys has anyone heard of nuez de la india or nut from india used in weightloss? Jw if anyone had any info there is a mexican yhat sells this saying eat 1/8-1/4 of this nut and you lose weight I didn't know if this was harmful? Worked? Ect thanks guys

No I was jw what was up with this stuff if its some gimmick sound sketchy to me a mini peice of a nut and u lose weight? Why haven't I heard of this til now...but I am doin a mini cut

My mom used to drink it. Its vrry strong and is just like a laxative makes.you shitit like crazy and the stomach pains are very bad. I drank it, it sucks
