hydroxycut,xenadrine,ripped fuel, there are so many freakin' thermogenics out there. I have used hydroxycut with moderate success but its pretty expensive. any suggestions to get the most bang out of my buck?

clen IMO and it is legal for research. But i would say prolly an nyc stack alot of people like or the vitamin world brand of xenadrine ect.Only plants grow naturally

as i say to anyone and everyone, if you want a supplement you can walk into any GNC/DNC store and buy, get a bottle of L Carnatine and drink it with a cup of coffee first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, and then go do cardio. It's an amino acid which is reponsible for bringing forward fatty acids to be burned. If you look on the lists of ingredients on a lot of the typical "fat burner" pills, a lot have it in it. then they add some caffine substitute to speed up the process, or ephedra. thats why i said drink it with coffee.
i lost 28 lbs in 3 months doing just that, and barely changing my diet. just basically stopped eating bread to cut out a large source of carbs in my diet.5'10
