    Not sure if this is where you post this but does anyone have a deload week where you lift light or just take a week off to relax and repair your muscles? And if so does anyone else have problems with lifting heavy again after the week off? Appreciate thoughts and opinions thanks guys

    I've been out of the gym kinda for the last week and a half due to wife having problems. I've done this before and it seems I get my mojo back from it. Take a break from any pre workouts during that time and start back after your break. You'll be fine.

      Yeah usually I get in the habit of lift lift lift no time off and seems like I go down hill until I get sick then have to take a break.tru that though got a good pump today but the weight sure seemed heavier than normal lol
