Did you know that many people who go on anti-depressant really are low in T3? I have been doing extensive reading on thyroid health and come to find that many thyroid problems are misdiagnosed as bi-polar or depession. The thyroid plays a HUGE role in menta;l health and if you have an underlying problem with the thyroid, and are treated with ant-depressants, they may or may not help and if they do, youmay need to up the does as you are on them longer.
