looking sloopy in my weight , was wondering...........
hi guys/ gals, iam looking very blocky at 340lbs, a fat sloopy but I cant stop eating, plus all the gear iam using. my question is anybody have the answer to get my weight down, I mean can anybody recommend any foods. I got a gut and 40 inch waist , I don't want to be this heavy but I was never any good at dieting. any suggestions on food to try would be grateful. oh, even peas I put weight on. plus chicken and brown rice I put weight on wtf. thnx

Did you pay a guy that got you know where?
You cant be 340# with gear or no gear with out eating a shit pot ton of calories. I would venture to say right now if you just ate less of the same foods you are eating you would drop weight. Or how about this DO NOT eat past 8pm for the next 2 weeks. I bet you lose weight.
The point here is you are just over eating. End of story. Eat less. Oh, how about this get moving more. Park a distance a way from every place you go so you have to walk more each day.

You have the answers you need. You just might need to deal with a few hunger pains till that belly shrinks some.
The easiest way to start bro is elimination. Start with sodas, then move to processed sugars, then any carb that's processed, then processed foods altogether. Then start slowly lowering carb sources or replacing the above with oats or brown rice.

yeah i do overeat and now i will look at the calories and shit. but hey you guys are honest so now i got all i need to bust my ass to drop the eating. i had a guy help me but hes gone so ill get to it. i never paid much attention as i had a crutch but this pissed me off enough to do something about it. i appreciate you guys honesty, sometimes that's all i need. but ive should know better. denial about eating is a *****. no i wasn't being sarcastic like baby said its laziness. iam so mad from the truth that's wat i needed. but to be honest, i was never good at knowing how to put diets together even at my best shape i hired someone but now its on me so thnx fellas and baby.

Just an idea. Find out the time of day you are most likely to overeat and feed on junk. For me it is when I have down time. So during the day I try to keep it protein and veggies. Then at night I eat a normal meal and have dessert if I want it. It will not get you ripped but will help lose weight in the since that you are keeping overall calories in check and not constantly shoveling crap in your mouth....just once a day.
The new trend in nutrition is intermediate fasting which is not eating during the day and then a big meal at night. I just modified it with protein and veggies at breakfaat and lunch and a normal meal at night. Most of the day you are keeping blood sugar stable due to keeping carb intake low. Also not in a catabolic state and some energy with the protein and veggies. Just my 2 cents.

As we get older the weight is easier to gain and harder to lose. You just have to put your mind to it big boy. You are a vet in the game. I'm sure you will get it. Take a month off and cut your gear use in half. Look at yourself in the mirror after a month. If your good with what you see great. If not go back to the gym and get yourself were you need to be. Keep the pace brother.
