  • A few questions and some help please...

As some of you might remember, the wife and I are challenging each other in getting a 6 pack by August 1st. But before I get into my questions, a short story from last nights bed talk...

Prior to this we were talking a little shit to each other about this, getting the blood flowing lol! I have enough T3 left enough for 2 weeks at 25mcg and 3 weeks at 50mcg. I was hoping she wouldn't remember about the T3, even though she has had amazing results with it along side her eating habits and cardio. But she does, and brings it up in the conversation, and I get all quiet...

Her: "What you gonna take it!?"
Me: "I was thinking about it..."
Her: "Well who the **** are you looking at when we are having sex!? YOURSELF OR ME!?"

And with that I needed to focus more on my eating and cardio to get where I want to be LMAO!!!

Currently my eating schedule is as follows:

    6am: 1/2 Oatmeal & 50g Protein Shake
9am: 6-7oz Meat or Fish & 1 Cup White Rice

*I eat pretty much the same thing every 2-3 hours. A very few times in a week I will substitute a 50g protein shake instead of a meal.

*I work out at night, about 8:30pm-9pm and finishing around 10pm-10:30pm. I really started focusing on stretching after workouts and that's what takes a little extra time.

*I'm not big into a pre-workout shake, especially on days I do deads or squats lol.

*My post workout shake is 50g Dextrose, 10g Creatine, 10g BCAA, and 50g Protein.

So with I have above, is there anything you guys/ladies recommend changing?

Cardio will be done in the mornings, fasted with a pre-cardio pin of 100mcg CJC-1295 NO DAC & 250mcg GHRP-2 with a swig of hot coffee. I tried to do HIIT walk then sprint on the treadmill we have but I might be to heavy for it to be running on it like that. So I will be doing a fast paced walk and a slower paced walk instead while the weather gets better outside.

I am also reading up on a 16 minutes HIIT program on the seated stationary bike that I am wanting to do after my workouts. Good idea or will my muscles start breaking down due to the intense workout and then cardio?

Any and all suggestions are welcomed. In all honesty, I want both of us to succeed, but it wouldn't hurt to look extra sexy ha ha.

Also, I find that if I don't eat as much asi do daily, I am starving to death! Is this a feelings need to get accustomed to while trying to cut down! When I got up to 255 in the winter it was hardto eat so much, but after a while it became fun! Doing the opposite kind of sucks!

    Thank you!

Looks like you have a good plan. I think the 16 minute HIIT would be fine but maybe only 2 times a week and the other days regular cardio.

I know that when I decide to cut some carbs and only eat complex carbs, I have to adjust to that changes. For me it takes several days before I was not starving. Cut up celery and munch when hunger strikes. It is great to shed water weight too.
