    This is what fist listed and i took it and moved some things around and added and took away some things. I dont really know anything about diet. If i dont figure it out im just going to stuff my damn face again. eating right sucks ass. I dont mind eating the same shit all the time or forcing myself to eat when i dont feel hunry or eating all the time and cooking all the time its just learning how to do it right that i dont like lol. anyway this is the SAMPLE diet fist posted i jsut editied some.

    "Here is a simple example day. I have included a rough guide to calories, protein and carbohydrate levels – bodybuilding is not a maths class after all – and your diet doesn't have to be either!

    The bodybuilder in question has 200lbs of lean mass by rough estimate and trains in the evening.

    Meal One:
    10 oz of egg whites – 25g protein
    30g whey shake – 25g (at least)
    3.5 oz oatmeal – 80g carbs
    2 slices of granary toast – 35g carbs

    Add in some cheese and vegetables to make an omelette with the egg, raisins, and honey to taste in the oats (made in water) with a splash of skimmed milk to taste, and low fat spread on the toast

    Add beverage of choice and that's around 600 calories for Breakfast

    Meal Two:
    7 ozcooked chicken – approx 45g protein
    4.5 oz brown rice – approx 100g carbs
    Some vegetables mixed in, splash of something to help it down the hatch
    Add a piece of fruit

    And that's in the region of 650 calories depending on what you add.

    Meal Three:
    12 Ounces tuna – 40g protein
    6oz wholewheat pasta 100g carbs
    Add a bowl of salad and some extra light mayo mixed in with the tuna and pasta with a nice dressing on the salad

    And you have another 600+ calories

    Meal four:
    Same as Meal Two or Meal 3

    Post Workout Shake
    50g whey protein
    50g dextrose
    In water, down the hatch

    Meal Five – less than an hour later:
    7oz steak – 45g protein
    9oz sweet potato – 100g carbohydrates (make nice baked fries or wedges with these – especially if you melt mozzarella on them before you serve)
    Add in heaps of veg and your condiment or sauce – another 600 calories

    Final meal of the day:
    9oz salmon – 40g protein
    3.5oz cottage cheese – 10g protein
    4 slices of granary bread – 70g carbs

    Another 600 calories or so in that meal

    The totals are
    Calories at least 4000
    Protein – 315
    Carbs – 640"

        6'2'' about 220-225lbs id say maybe 20% bf i havnt not had a test done in a long time. i fell into a shitty state in life i lost everything for a while and starrted eating like shit and avnt been to the gym in a long time. i recently got back eating healthy and working out again. my goal is to be around 240lbs-250lbs and about 10% bf

            Man in my opinion, you should be much lower on carbs so I would say yeah. I don't know tho I don't wanna say it's Wrong but unless you have a super fast metabolism that's more carbs than most anyone I know that is around your stats and bulking. And they generally add more fat than they would like.

              would cutting it in half be ok? like 300? I dont mind a little fat while im bulking but i want to limit it to help me when i finally do the cut. So say 250-300 carbs a day? opr is that still a little much? I do have a very fast metabolism but its not like super retarded fast. like i said my goal is to add another 25lbs or so and be around 10-12% bf

                I think about prolly same amount of protein. Maybe 315 but no more than 350 a day. Who knows tho. Try that first sample diet and check your weight after about the third week. With that many carbs your gonna gain a lot of water weight in the first two weeks. So from 2 week to 3 week will give you an idea. If you gain much at all within a couple of weeks drop some carbs

                  Build up slowly to that amount, trust meon that one. Or else you won't be seeing anything but the toilet and your tp bill will sky rocket! Lol!

                    ok thanks fellas, so what number would be good to start off at? like 150 carbs a day slowly work up to 300? and start at 300g of protien a day and go up if needed?

                      fists saple diet is great but like i said i work all night and train in the am so i needed to move some things around. I also dont buy some things on the list so i sub it for something equally as good.

                          i didnt think were aloud to discuss that aas in this section so i did not bring it up. I WILL be on cycle. starting in about 2 months. so i will have plenty of help i just want to get the most from the cycle thats why im asking about diet. IM GTG on the gear lmao

                              I might be wrong but i didnt want to risk getting in trouble lol ive broken a rule or 2 here and i dont want to do it again so i air on the side of caution. Im going to take what i know and what ive learned in here and try to have the best diet i possibly can. but my next cycle will be he biggest, craziest and longest one i ever ran so hopefully that will give me a good push. either that or itll kill me! HAHAH

                                No 150 carbs is not enough. Start at 300-350 and monitor your weight. If your gaining more than a couple of pounds a week your getting fat. And really 2 pounds is too much. Realistically a pound or pound and a half maybe is great
