  • SUPP HELP!!!

    Guys I will start going to the gym soon it will be at around 11 at night.....thats when I get out of work....I really wanted to do fasted cardio but I think eating clean and doing cardio after training hard may yield the same results what do you think???.....

    Now for supps.....I bought craze but taking it at night it CRAZY.....Any ideas on non caffeine pre workouts? that actually work?? I also have
    PURE Ephedrine from Canada can I take that lets say at 10 or something or may that mess up sleeping after?

    THink you would be fine with the clean eating and cardio after training.

    Also, I wouldn't take any ephedra that late cause I do think it would affect your sleep and you also need quality sleepfor success with your goals.

      I dont think that Ephedra solo hurts at night idk though lol

          Yeah try getting your energy from your pre workout meal and take 150mg of L- Arginine and some BCAA and maybe B vitamines like 45min to an hour before your workout.... I mean its not gonna be anything near your PWO drink energy but it will give you the boost you need to get a good workout in. Their is a few other natural things you can take for energy i just cant think of em on top of my head at this time.

            You can at least sip on some BCAA's with electrolytes during the workout. That might help you get through it better than w/o anything else.
            I'd go to planet fitness, but I'd hate to set off the Lunk Alarm.

              I take an NOS mixed with nat lemons during workouts in a 32oz bottle . I eat typical Nip diet hot/sour, Shumi. bean curd, and lot of chicken, veggies. I use pure isolate only and mix with 5 raw egg whites in am with oat bran. Supplement include multi, 1000mg Ester C, 2000mg flax, 1200mg Red Yeast Rice, chromium, and Twin Lab Amino Mass Fuel the liquid also in am. There is lot of BCAA's in my protein shake as well.

                Check out cjc with dac. Ignore the "hgh bleed" crap. Its an amazing fatloss product. I've been cutting on it for a few months now at 2mg, 2x per week. I'm impressed.
