  • A few questions and a critique of my day.

    About a month ago I changed my diet completely and I am just trying to get some advice if I am
    Going in the right direction.

    For breakfast I blend a half a cup of oats, 1-2 cups of frozen fruit, and a scoop of 6 star protein isolate, and ill add a little water or ice depending on how I want it that day.

    Durin the day for a snack ill usually have a cottage cheese or a string cheese or a handful of almonds, and I usually have 2 snacks a day.

    Dinner usually consists of a rice and meat, or a salad with crab.

    I am at the gym 3 days a week to workout m/w/f and I rock climb for an hour or two Sunday morning. I take no explode pre workout.
    Post workout I have an isopure with 1 scoop of Kre alkalyn creatine

    Right now I take multi vitamnin, nitrix, a fiber supplant. I ha also been doing eca until a few people told me the eca counteracts nitrix and no explode ( if that's not right I would love to know)


    Is there anything I should be taking to help me lose body fat? ( I saw a couple items at synthetek)

    Starting Monday I am going to be doing 2 a day workouts and run in the morning because the no explode kills my cardio endurance but makes me feel like the hulk when I lift.

    I am 22 6foot and 235pounds around 24% bf with a goal at 220 and 15%. I feel like even though I have dropped 120 pounds I still have a big stomache.
    Any input or tips would be greatly appreciated.
