Anyone have any brand loyalty to fish oil? I have been taking the GNC Triple Strength fish oil+Krill for about a year daily. I have a friend who does very very extreme athletics with lots of injuries who has swore by this brand for years. Personally, I think if I am able to walk w/o pain most of the time it must be working, but shout out if you believe your brand is better, etc.Comment

True Nutrition fish oil has been good. 1000 1g pills for like $25 or something.

So, does no one just take it by the table spoon? I use lemon flavored cod oil. Easy to take. I'm not a big pill fan. So, liquid for me. I can't say now how much I'm getting per day. Need to read label again..Comment
