  • my weird diet

    My diet is strange to some but I like it and do well on it. It goes like this

    1/2 gallon 2% milk
    1# peanut butter
    2 or 3 protein shakes
    a hamburger or 2 sometimes
    a fish sandwich or 2 sometimes
    fruit like oranges, bananas, grapes etc
    dried fruit like raisins

    This is daily and I do vary somewhat at times but am always drawn back to this and really never tire of it.
    Question Is this diet safe and healthy? Can muscle be built easily on this diet?

    there is barely any meat in this. id never be able to justify the cost of that much milk and peanut butter a day.
    I never meant to be better than anyone, I was just born that way. Its hard being a god amongst peasants!

        How amny calories is this and macros? Looks like you are getting your fat in and maybe you should add more protein from food and less shakes? It doesn't look like bad food choices, really, but you should really get an idea of how much this really equates too

          the fruits add sugers, the hamburgers add bad fats, try taking in good fats like avocado or dried almonds.
          your diet is not that great bro, but if it works for you then thats all that matters as long your good with it.
          I am going to start competeing soon. I am also part of (Team Dream Quest) google it we also got some iffb pro in are team as well.

            when you type 1# do you mean like a whole pound of peanut butter a day? becuase i did the math and thats like 5k cals right there. when i eat a lot of peanut butter i get sick to my stomach lol

              Starting carb nite 4/1 with the fiance...trace carbs...only til every Sunday...lol

              I ate Oreos today...sigh

              I'm 300 6-1, could lose about 20lbs...bf at 18.6/ well 19...
              Coconut oil
              Omega lean orange swirl
              Pbutter
              Almond butter
              Meat
              Eggs/ whites
              Yum nuts
              Sardines
              Tuna
              Chicken

                Maybe find a good nutritionist that is also a good trainer.

                  not getting fat actually maintain weight but getting harder depending on cardio
