Ive been on a milk drinking spree lately, for me that is. I'm lactose intolerant and found out about Lactaid milk and havent stopped drinking it. 32-64oz of milk per day.
How much is too much or is it all good keep on drinking.
lol i beleive it man. my boy used to do the same thing? ever heard of russian bear? its a protien a while bunch of b.s. fillers and crap. anyway u put like 4 scoops of this shit in a whole gallon of milk and then drink it. he would drink half a gallon a day when he was bulking. if i did that i swear id get fat and be farting non stop all day milk doesnt sit right with me. i can drink a little and not before bed

its 5k calories, you have to put what ever the serving size is, into a full 1 gallon of milk and your suppose 2 drink that everyday. add food and you could be eating like 8k cals a day lol. but i think id get fat from that not my style lol
