Why are you worried about sodium? Do you have high blood pressure? Are you drinking enough water? I hi early don't see why you would worry about this if other things are in place. Sodium helps aid in muscle function when you are depleted. You wouldn't believe me if I told you how much sodium I I take and hold next to no water.

in addition i had people around me always state "sodium is your enemy" while on a cut.
i take it from you all that i should keep this in my diet, which is comforting.

Cottage cheese is a great bbing dieting food that all should use.Non-fat cottage cheese doesnt have that much sodium at all actually.
Besides,as the others have stated, sodium will only play a major role in dieting if you are tryinhg to prep for a show but aside from that its consumption is not that big a deal as long as you keep your overall intake moderate.
Here's a link to some great cottage cheese recipes for you try that really do taste great..............

If you still had sodium in your diet you could cut it and get dry as a bone. Also sodium will only bloat you if you aren't drinking enough water. Drink 2 gallons a day for a week and tell me how bloated you are.
