  • diet for cycle questions.....

    ok im starting a cycle of EQ/winny/Masteron for 10 weeks. Stats....22 5'10 175 9%bf. I understand that i need to eat foods high in protien, low in carbs and some fats are ok. But, what foods are in what category? So my question is what kinds of foods (ex. chicken breast, salad) should i eat and how many total calories a day? keep in mind i still want to put on muscle as well as cut up.

    Search more, i could write a small novel on what to eat, when to eat, etc, start by reading these threads in here, and sample diets.

      I agree.

      Also, are you competing soon. I mean if your at 9% I wouldnt really worry about low carbs. Eat clean and eat more than enough, I wouldnt want to waste the cycle not eating enough, but that's just me and my goals.
