If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
the numbers are ok. but for me...if i'm trying to get REALLY lean, i gotta eliminate all sugar...that includes lactose, and that means all dairy. i can eat a fair amount of corn and brown rice and continue to lose fat. too low carbs is no good for me, and drastic carb restriction doesn't help my cutting process. and if you aren't trying to lean out, why in the hell would you cut carbs anyway?
