does anyone know the nutritional benefits of sushi? bad for you or good for you? high or low fat? carbs?
what about edimame beans? not sure exactly what they are in english. where im from sushi is almost considered a staple of life so i was just curious. thanks.
Sushi is by far the most nutritious food there is. Salmon, yellowtail and tuna are all super rich in omega 3's and as long as you don't go crazy with the soy sauce you'll be great. If I could afford it I'd eat sushi everyday. Try the seaweed salad too, its very good. I hear people say all the time "that's so nasty, how can you eat raw fish?" I really don't understand how some people can be so closed minded about trying new things, especially when they say it's nasty before ever trying it
Oh God Sushi!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Fuck its my fav food by far. I get as much satisfaction of eatin sushi as I would fast food.
Healthy fats high protien, low carbs...
MMM sushi, only bad thing is, i eat way too much. Its like when you go to Hooters and order for 3 guys. On sunday, me and three buddies go out for shushi, we easily polish off 100 tuna rolls between the four of us. Just gotta watch the wasabi breath.
I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body
I pray at least 6 times a day to build my soul
