PT-141 Nasal Spray
PT-141 Clinical Trials indicate that the effects of PT-141 Nasal Spray occur within 1-2 hours for libido enhancement and inducing erections in males.
For the injectable version , the effects take longer to occur and you should generally allow at least 2-3 hours before expected sexual activity for the product to begin taking effect.
The duration of the PT-141 effect on libido and also erections in males has been said to last up to 72 hours, however most users find that it subsides within 6-12 hours. You should therefore not exceed more than 1 x dosage per day (which is 2mg by injection and 4mg by nasal spray
Injectable PT-141
- Dose per Injection: 2mg of PT-141 (same for males and females) .
- Injections per vial: 5 x 2mg injections.
- Amount to Inject: If you have used 1ml of water for mixing then 2mg = 0.2ml (or 20 units on the Insulin Syringe). If you have used 2ml of water for mixing then 2mg = 0.4ml (or 40 units) and if you have used 3ml of water for mixing, then 2mg = 0.6ml (or 60 units).

- Dose amount: 4mg of PT-141 (same for males and females)
- Doses per nasal kit: 5 x 4mg PT-141 dosages.
- Amount to take: 4mg = 8 sprays assuming your nasal spray kit as 20mg (2 vials) of PT-141 and you mixed 1ml of water per vial..
