what can i do or take to ease joint pain, elbows/knees

I wasnt sure what section exactly to put this in but does anyone know of anything that i can take to help with joint paint that help promote joint health. my knees are not the best and sometimes my elbows get to me. i know this is common so i was wondering what if anything some of you do to make this go away or to ease it a little

Exactly what FIST says...great advice. Chondroitin and Glucosamine help me. But would like to hear how that Oxycollasyn helps sofargone

^ i have a few bills 2 pay and a few other goodies to order before i get anything not on my list but i will be trying this as soon as i can and letting everyone know how it goes. my left knee always hurts so i will be able to tell a difference when and if one happens

One alternative thing to try is getting yourself an electric stim machine, they are very affordable now. In fact you can find them in mall kiosks even now.

So why electric stim? Because as we age blood flow to tendons and connective tissue gets less an less the stim helps alleviate these issues.

I am a huge believer in electric stim for injuries and not just muscle one but tendons also...

idk about that^ im not old either just to many rough sports and thinking i was to cool for pads and shit when i was little riding dirt bikes and skateboarding and everything. my knees to so many shots they are retaliating at me. ill look into that as well it just sounds a little iffy lol

Actually, boldenone has done wonders for many people I know. Personally, I never have a problem so I'm not talking from 1st hand experience. It works by lubricating the joints via collagen synthesis. Cllagen produced by boldenone is stronger than normal. Deca does too, but I think its over rated.

I hear Cymbalta is effective as well.

I had some serious elbow tendonitits a while back and a medical doctor friend told me about some chinese tendon liniment he was using. I ordered a bottle and started putting it on and its been amazing how good my elbow feels now. Its from a place called kamwo.com , its called Tendon Liniment and it costs $15. You could maybe use that whille taking the Oxycollasyn
