  • anyone use creatine?

    how did you like it and how much do you use and how often? i just picked up come creacore, first day taking it was today, man it tastes like hell! lol

    Creatine MONO is the best and cheap!!....I love it.......Its tasteless and I just put it right in my protein shake

        It's in my pre workout so I don't take more then what's In there I always make sure I take it when on anacar and during pct
        I never meant to be better than anyone, I was just born that way. Its hard being a god amongst peasants!

          I take 10g 4x a week with my pre workout drink. I think it's a great supp.

            Thats alot of creatine compared to what I took, any reason? I plan on 2 scoops once a day. and that's just under 4 grams

              A teaspoon of creatine is typically 5 grams. I take 1 scoop preworkout and one Intra workout. Then I don't worry about it on my off days. Just what I choose to do and works great for me.

                apparently the Creapure and different brands all claim different amounts due to absorption rate...i like taking approx 5g/day with a gallon of water...now, i don't always consume that much water but when i do, i see the best results...

                And I def incorporate creatine into pct/off-cycle to help spare some gains

                  I have 1000g of creapure and 6 backs of isolate protein. I really hate taking supps because I'm lazy. Always find time to make a quadruple cheeseburger though...go figure.

                    oh boy can i relate to this! Creapure is probably one of the best kinds I have taken...I used to love Cell-Tech back in the day, but I too am lazy as hell and forget to mix everything every single day
