Paleo way of eating

Anyone follow this way of eating? Do you find it easy to eat this way? I need some feedack here please. I have benn having allergic reactions and autoimmune issues. I want to try this way of eating and see if it helps

Have you ever seen the movie fat sick and about to die. Check it out. He cured an autoimmune disease he had been having by using a juice fast. I am on day 2 of adding one of the drinks in with my normal breakfast just for all the extra nutrients. It's not bad either.
