    (Reuters) - A divided federal appeals court has temporarily barred the U.S. government from requiring an Illinois company to obtain insurance coverage for contraceptives, as required under the 2010 healthcare overhaul, after the owners objected on religious grounds.

    1. The employer doesn't care for the 1st amendment rights of his employees who do believe in birth control..

    2. He is a self defeating idiot and poor businessman. His premiums will go up. Pregnancy is horrifically expensive. Insurance companies like to cover birth control because it makes good business sense and translates into lower costs and increased profits. It has nothing to do with religion or moral judgment. If I did not purchase this option for my employees, my premiums would be higher ( Yes, I am in the market of purchasing group insurance as senior partner)
