  • Help PLEASE....

    Hey guys...I just started dieting again and I have this question.....My diet has oils in each meal lets say one meal may have a tsp of olive oil and another a tsp of mac oil....whats the best way to consume them?.....could I mix it in water and drink it or cook chicken in it?...I really never though of this lol.....thanks!...

    The nutritional value changes when it is heated up for cooking. Although I still would use olive oil for cooking, I wouldn't count on my nutrition of good fats that way. You can also add, almonds, walnuts, avocados and othetr things to get good fats in your diet.

      I throw half and avocado in breakfast shake evry morning. It makse it thick and creamy and you don't even taste the avocado and then I get my good fats in that meal

        The oilve oil and macnut oil are my main fat sources.....nothing else for now

          Just drink it or throw it into a shake. Easy way to sneak calories in.

            drinking it just sounds nasty lol I was thinking of cooking my food then just putting the oil on top...

                When I was low In fat for the day I would eat a tbls of olive oil straight to get it up to where I wanted it. Virgin coconut oil tastes like coconut. I use coconut for cooking as much as possible to avoid trans fats, olive is good too but have read it still turns to trans at too high of temperature.

                        Bro I stick mine straight up and a shot glass and shoot it! Sometimes add a little balsamic for a little kick! Also helps with digestive issues believe it or not!

                            Ya I like the taste even of the non coconut tasting stuff but I think it's the virgin stuff but may be called something different And is expensive. Mix it with some raw cocao nuts as peanut butter in a pan sweetened with stevia for some healthy wicked chocolate. Only problem is I can't stop eating it.

                              Drink it. Just take the bottle of oil and take a big swig. After a few times its no big deal.
                              I started taking massive amounts of Brewers yeast last week and it is notoriously nasty tasting. I can honestly say now, I enjoy the taste of brewers yeast mixed with water. Its a natural tasting nutty kinda flavor. BTW, I highly recommend brewers yeast. Its loaded with nutrients and can keep you from getting sick. Ok, sorry, didnt mean to hijack the post lol
