Re: Help PLEASE....
The nutritional value changes when it is heated up for cooking. Although I still would use olive oil for cooking, I wouldn't count on my nutrition of good fats that way. You can also add, almonds, walnuts, avocados and othetr things to get good fats in your diet.Veritas Vos Liberabit

When I was low In fat for the day I would eat a tbls of olive oil straight to get it up to where I wanted it. Virgin coconut oil tastes like coconut. I use coconut for cooking as much as possible to avoid trans fats, olive is good too but have read it still turns to trans at too high of temperature.
Dream Big and create it...

Re: Help PLEASE....
Drink it. Just take the bottle of oil and take a big swig. After a few times its no big deal.
I started taking massive amounts of Brewers yeast last week and it is notoriously nasty tasting. I can honestly say now, I enjoy the taste of brewers yeast mixed with water. Its a natural tasting nutty kinda flavor. BTW, I highly recommend brewers yeast. Its loaded with nutrients and can keep you from getting sick. Ok, sorry, didnt mean to hijack the post lol
