    what is a good # to shoot for when thinking about total caloric intake based on weight? like body weight * something an how about a ration ive read so many different opinions what do u guys use. Thanks

    So many factors including your goals (bulking, cutting, maintaining)... Somewhere in the range of 18x to 20x body weight for many when it comes to bulking.

      i'm around 200lbs 5'7" in the offseason for bulking i try to get around 4000. when cutting it can get down to 2000.
