If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
I eat some lunchmeats but not daily. i am sure it would better to cook chickens and turkeys and then slice them but you have to buy ones that are shot up with a bunch of preservatives also. The thing with that would be that I don't think the meast would last as long as lunchmeats. I try to finds lunchmeats that are lower in sodium too.

i too have stopped eating lunch meats due to the sodium.. i just buy plain chicken breasts in a pack and it will last me about 2 days then i hav eto go back and buy more. i would buy bulk but that shit expires too quick. you could also get ground turkey as i believe that would be pretty fresh as well.
My coach lets me have one meal of lunch meats a day. It's real nice cause its a protein fat meal so I just dip it in some mustard and then a little almond butter afterwards and I'm good to go. Fast easy and if you buy good meat then it's good to go. I buy the stuff you get sliced in the deli.
