            By that article using BMI, I myself am OBESE at 10% body fat. BMI doesn't take into account body composition, it is just a suggestion of a healthy weight range, and used to determine certain diseases and such people may be susceptible to at their given BMI. To really tell if we're becoming fatter and not more muscular (unlikely) they need to meause people's body fat percentages; not BMI.
