I often would ask myself if Taurine actually aided in the prevention of cramping. Let me just say...Holy Hell I cant walk. I let my supply run out a few days ago and last night my hamstring seized up and while I was sleeping my calf seized up. So painful and seemed like it would never release. I will never again underestimate the importance of Taurine again. For me anyway, it is a must have. Anyone else have similar thoughts?

Re: Taurine
Funny you mention it. I have been taking taurine at a pretty high dose for almost a year now. Lately i have been slacking on taking it and i have been waking up at night clenching my calfs in pain. If i take creatine taurine is a must. My water intake has slacked too though.
Need to get back on track!
