Okay i started my cycle last week and have been trying to eat everything in site (well within reason). I have a protein shake for breakfast, a protein bar for a snack, steak for lunch, another bar for snack, steak or some type of high protein dinner then a prtoein shake post workout. And i mean hell i feel like i am going to explode, the last few days i can't even look at food without getting sick, and the worst part is i have only gained like 2 pounds. I am taking EQ and i thought that would help me eat more but shit i am kinda stuck. just wondering if there is anything else out there that will help add weight without wanting to make me puke....
opps i should add that i am only averaging 3000 cals and 272 grams of protein a day.
