From what I read theyre not entirely sure the mechanism that causes it, but it has something to do with the conversion of test to DHT being permanently altered, or the way the body reacts to DHT. Thats the most androgenic hormone you make and if you **** up its production or those receptors I can imagine it would cause sexual issues. I dunno, doesn't matter to me how low the chance is personally, there are alternatives and what the hell do you do with your life if you're never capable of having sex again... Say goodbye to any relationships you may have and I can't imagine your quality of life in general would be that great.
