    ok, lets try this again


    6am
    8 egg whites
    2 slices toast w/Peanut Butter

    10am
    8oz. Chicken Breast
    1/2 cup veggies

    1pm
    1can of tuna
    1/2 cup veggies

    3pm(pre-workout)
    1 banana
    1 cup oatmeal

    5pm workout

    6pm(post-workout)
    8oz. chicken
    1/2 cup veggies


    8pm
    Opt. Whey protein shake 45g pro.
    mixed with 1 banana, strawberry syrup, 1 cup 2% milk.


    1 gallon water/day

    Hey man that looks like a great maintaining diet, but what are ya tryin to do here? Lose weight or gain?

      Use a whey shake and dextrose or malodextrin postworkout.
      Cut out the sugar syrup.

      Id like to see some more avocados, flax, natty pb, and olive oil in there, at least 10g of fat per meal, except for the post workout one.

        i'm tryin to cut.

        i do 20min of cardio in the morning, play basketball for about an hour at school and then go workout at a somewhat fast pace.
