    I use only American Pure Whey. The pure isolate is what I use..either the Cake Batter or the Strawberry..Great flavor and no sugars, very low sodium, no carbs. fats or cholesterol. I think it is 25gm per scoop and the scoops are not huge, so it last longer than most brands.

      Most protein on the market is produced for companies by True Nutrition. They are given the formula by each specific company and mix and jug it. Here is a little catch, if you buy 5 pounds of protein from company A, you get 5 pounds including flavoring. Buy 5 pounds from TN, you get 5 pounds of protein and then flavor is added. You also get the purest protein on the market from TN. I'd rather pay top dollar for quality then save a few bucks and have no clue really what I am getting. Protein is a food source, so I can buy NY steak or I can buy 80% lean ground meat but I'm still getting beef right?

          I didn't know that.. Do u buy direct from TN?

            Yep, have for years. Have about 32 pounds worth at the house and 10 pounds on the way.

              I got the walmart 6 star triple chocolate it is very nice in taste and mixes easy in mixer cup

                Six star fruit punch creatine tastes very good! I always mix it with a scoop of calcium casenate and tastes like a cherry smoothie!
