A sweet treat for the dieter!!

I really wish I had discovered this earlier. Bahama Bucks has a line of sugar-free shaved ice. It's called their thin ice flavors. These flavors no matter what size contain 0 cal zero carbs zero fats zero everything.

So if you're on a super strict cutting diet, this is a good way to treat yourself without sacrificing any macros in your diet. I don't believe that you should have one every day, but an occasional treat like this can sure make dieting feel a whole lot better.

Well, so far I've tried the Birthday Cake (very good) and the Toasted Coconut (pretty good) - absolutely no insulin spike after eating them.

Lol, we have a donut shop here right next to the strip of bars that stays open till 3 am. You can imagine the craziness that happens after a night if drinking.

I make something similar at home. We have a snow sone maker and I use XS premium energy mixer by nutralite. It's basically like a 5 hr energy but it tastes awesome. It has zero sugar, carbs, and has a bunch of b vitamines. It keeps me from going out for ice-cream when I get weak.. Lol
