    I'll be starting a prop/tren/winny cycle in a little while and here's the diet i was planning on using.


    6am

    10 egg whites
    2 slices of toast w/peanut butter
    Optimum Whey Protein shake ( 2 scoops,mixed with 1 cup milk)
    Banana

    10am

    8oz. Chicken Breast


    1pm

    8oz. Chicken Breat
    House salad w/ fat free Italian dressing
    8 Egg whites


    3pm(pre-workout)

    6oz. 98% lean groundbeef
    hamburger bun
    1 cup of Brown Rice

    5pm(post-workout)
    Opt. Whey Protein shake
    4oz. Chicken Breast
    House salad w/FF Italian dressing


    7pm

    whatever mom makes, but staying consistent with High Protein, moderate carbs.

    you don't need a protien shake with your 6 am meal if you do 10 egg whites. have that about 8 also, throw in some raw broccoli, carrots and/or spinach with yout 10 am chicken breast and your 3 pm preworkout meal. you also might train better having your carbs at 1 pm. it looks like you have crowded your 3 pm meal too close to your workout to feel your carbs. plus, you'll throw it all up on a good leg day. i like a no fat, no carb protein source at bedtime, too.
    There is no substitute for experience......
