Whats up my bros. I was thinking of using a weight gainer for extra calories. My high school years I had bad experiences due to the milk, and drinking the whole 4 quarts of it in one shot. Well that was back then.
Is this shit good or nah. Its been a while since Ive used it. Im also adding some whey protein to this too, probably next week I start juicing and want maximum results.
weight gainers overall are all ass and overrated. make your own "weight gainer". Take protein powder, add grouded oats, pb, flax, skim milk, etc. You get the goods while most gainers out there are filled with terrible carbohydrate sources like maltodextrin and dextrose. Of course you gonna gain some weight....Sage

i just finished 10 lbs n-large..........uses all consentrate no isolate.......now i am just takin advanced whey(prolab ofcourse) and for carbs dextrose 60 gm/kool-aid......if you want more cals double it up.......n-large uses fructose donno how much.........if your going to take the gainer mixes take them at night they are concentrated......i wont be taking gainners ever again IMO
