Those products i listed before are not injectable. I over looked the fact that the ML thingamajig was used for measurement. Is there any legal stuff that i could get for injection like benefits?
And has anyone used that Dermagain where you spread the stuff on your body?
Dang, I was hoping for a fast way out lol. I stress the word legal, i'm not going to be getting my hands on any illegal roids anytime soon. I took creatine for about a month but in my current state the water retainment wasn't a good thing. I gotta drop 15 pounds to reach my target of 160 and have some more toned muscles to show for it. I'm already on a diet, so i guess all i have to do is wait and do some cardio...but damn i want that WWE look. You know some of those guys ain't natural! Also is it easier to lose fat or convert it to muscle? I'm gonna try to do both...
Broh, ya have me a 'lil confused...on one hand ya say ya wanna lose 15 lbs to reach your goal of 160 lbs, and have toned muscles to show for it. Then on the other hand ya say ya wanna be WWE big? Well, to me it looks like you are putting yourself at opposite ends of the spectrum. I'm no expert, but speaking from experience I've found ya can't get "small" and "big" at the same time. I'm at 210 at the moment, down from 248, and I'm finally at the point where I realized I need to do my cutting "right," otherwise I'm just gonna be a fat dude w/ some decent muscle tone. I fell into the "gotta get big" syndrome w/o heeding the fact that "big/fat" has to be taken care of before "big/muscular" can take place. So, check your goals and program. Eat right, train hard, sleep well, and forget about a quick and easy way out.
RoadWarrior- I think it would be easier for me to lose the 15 pounds, shed the belly fat and get a six pack showing, before I start to slowly build myself up. That way I can monitor how much fat I am putting on and not let myself go. it seems to me like being overweight and wanted to get bigger, as you said, leads to a fat guy with big muscles, not a lean guy with big muscles. Sure I could try to convert my fat into muscle, but in my opinion, that's alot harder than putting it on from scratch.
just do like cj said. first ya don't need any pro-h's yet. You have the right idea in shedding the fat first. what is your bf% anyways? All you need to do is get some good protien powder, creatine, glutamine and a good multi-v. Look at some of the other peoples diets and work you out a plan, post it so we can critique it, and then follow it to a T. Hit the gym hard and you will start to see progress. Quit looking for an easy way out because there isn't one.
