    I do 10m pre-workout 5% incline 6mph or 10m 90 steps a min on the stepper when bulking,
    20m when cutting. This is always pre-workout, and every workout. I dont like to go over 20m see too much muscle loss.

      tons for me. treadmill, stairmaster for 30-90 minutes 4-6 days/week depending if I have a climb coming up.

            30min on ellipitical, i switch from high to low resistance every 2min so it gets pretty tough. I also do abs after my cardio for about 10min.
