for your immune system its ok. Nothing to impress me but stil ok, not a scam yet. But for other purposes, forget about it. There's a reason why in hospitals, they give over 100 g IV ED: cause it's the only effective way to take it. Now unless you're hardcore to the point of injecting IV stuff, you better keep your money and invest it somewhere else....
Every single study on Glutamine I've seen performed on healthy subjects, with or without training experience has shown absolutely no benfits...
Oral glutamine supplementation will increase plasma Glutamine levels, but you will still not benefit from it...
You can draw a conclusion from the studies presented because they were performed in vivo, on normal & healthy subjects...
Most of you probably haven't even read the articles and the studies presented....
i could care less what the studies say. i'm not gonna spend my money on supps that do nothing for me. glutamine makes a difference for me. i know this first hand.

I used to take 15grms.\Day but I didn't benefit one bit from it, and I don't knowanyone who has. I think with all the reading of FLEX and MM and the other lifting mags, It's pounded into our heads to make us believe that L-Glutamine Is amust when it comes to resistance training. I beleive it's the biggest scam out there, besides Myosatin blockers. just my opinion,bump for more.
