I usually take 2000iu's a day of vitamin D. I just got 10,000iu's and it says to take once a week. Do any of you take a large dosage at once instead of daily? I am not sue if the benefits woule be the same or not, but it alleviates taking another supp daily.

My vitamin D is nuts high from the tanning booth, not sure if I get the benefits from it that way, but I know I'm 105 ng/dl where as avg caucasion male my age is 25 ng/dlComment

Ya ive read 25 is low, but apparently the avg male is low in vit D. My doc told me 99% of his patients are defeceint in Vit D. I had to cut back on tanning since i'm on the high side. In my research I've seen that 45 ng/dl is considered perfect. 150ng/dl is toxic. Atleast from what I read after I had my bloodwork done.Comment

i had real low d and got 50k week to take but i couldnt take it my joints killed bad so i quit that shit.all information is for entertainment purposes only and i dont condone the illegal use of steroids! iam just on here for fun and anything said is fictitious not real!!!!!!!!Comment
