Water and caffiene. However below is a good articel with the top 10 of appetite suppressants from AskMen.
On top of the water and caffiene i do eat alot of oatmeal, salmon and almonds for which i did not know was a suppressant. -

I don't take any if I'm hungry I eat, if I for some reason couldn't eat I'd drink waterComment
