I use a pure whey isolate, as it absorbs faster, also implement Goji Juice, BCAA's in liquid form, and Ill do clen cycles and try staying in keto. Im really strict in no junk foods, all clean and as no processed as possible. Cardio for sure..

Cardio for sure. I will eat smaller meals every 2-2.5 hours througout the day as opposed to larger meals 3x day. After a short period your stomach will shrink so you'll feel full and your metabolism will speed up.

Cardio first thing on an empty stomach but feeding immediataly after.. What Skinny said above 100%. Keeping those muscles fed with not only protein but good carbs as well just not overdoing it. Cardio can definitely kill hard earned muscle if not careful with the diet and duration/intensity of the cardio.

I know when I am precontest I always eat more frequently and it probably averages out to more food as well.

Staying hydrated for better fat mobilization as well as keeping the volume in the muscle bellies.
When the past comes calling, let it go to voicemail. It's got nothing new to say.

I like to keep my cardio sessions short max 15mins treadmill, most of my cardio is just keeping my tempo fast during my workout

I've been out of the gym for a while (only a few weeks in on the return) but here is what my diet has looked like and I can see the changes coming.

                Meal 1 - Chicken Breast, Banana, 20 oz H2O
                Meal 2 - Chicken Breast, Apple, 20 oz H2O
                Noon Workout, 20+ oz H2O
Meal 3 - Chicken Breast, Brown Rice (next workout depends on it)
Meal 4 - Can of Tuna, Pinapples, 20 oz H2O
                Meal 5 - Chicken Breast, Veggies, 20 oz H20
Before Bed - Muscle Milk (slow digesting protein)

Workout is still old school - Chest, Back, Legs, Arms, Shoulders, Rest, Rest, Repeat.. But I've added 15 mins of high intensity cardio after each workout (except legs).

                    Re: Lets hear your ideas

As much protein as possible to maintain muscle while on a calorie restrictive diet. The carbs are natural and not refined to keep energy up without fat storage.

That looks solid but everyone is different. For me, I stay away from the simple sugars and stay with brown rice or oatmeal for carbs. Even then, i will only eat the carbs in morning or lunch and not much for dinner. dinner is protein and fresh veg. For instance today:
.5 cup Oatmeal in morning depending if a slept walked or not
                        5 eggs, two yokes only
                        1-1.5 cup oatmeal
2 cans tuna, little LF mayo
Low carb protien bar or Shake
                        Chicken breasts and vegies
                        1-1.5 cup greek yogurt
