back in the day i didnt workout...i played guitar in a heavy metal band....we'd get all jacked on mini-thins and go on stage and just shred!!! we'd knock back about 15beers each and just keep ripping it. then, after the show, hook up wiht some little honeys....go back to the room....and crash!!!! lol...that part sucked, lol
