Ok guys heres the scoop. I just came off a 12 week tren test cycle im going to do all my p.ct and all that jazz before I start the clen and ephedrine. Buy my plan is to run clen 2 weeks on and 2 off with the ephedrine on the off weeks. Im going to start the clen at 20mcgs and ramp it up to 80 the first week and then run 80 from then on. With the ephedrine I was going to start at 30 mgs and bring it up to probably around 50. Also im am running 3 ius a day hgh. Ive never ran either clen or ephedrine. Any suggestions or feedback would be appreciated

I have used clen/ephed stack. I did 40mcgs of clen and 40mg of ephed.
I did a 6days on and 3days off cycle, ran it for 75days. I also cycled my carbs.
The only thing I did not care for was muscle cramping/spasming. I know it was the clen that did this. I only cramped in my back, quads and hams.
I had great results with this!! You have HGH also, so you will definitely get shredded and stay strong.

sounds good, be sure and take pure taurine with the clen and drink PLENTY of water. you can probably start at 40mcg's of clen and be ok, i started with 20mcg's and didn't really fell anything. i did 2 on off and ran 100mcg's for 10 days straight with no problems, but the first 3 days the clen shakes got me a little but from the 4th day out i was good to go! i start my 2 weeks again on Monday. GL and keep us posted!"To gain strength on the outside it takes a greater strength within!"
