Aloe Vera juice

I have been drinking this for my digestive problems and it seems to help. It does't taste good though and do not drink it everyday. I usually only drink up to 4 ounces in a day. Has anyone tried this? I bought a gallon of it at Trader Joe's for around $7.

I have drank it before . Or is it more proper to say I "drunk" it? lol
It tastes horrible no matter how they flavor it. I can handle most anything when it comes to nasty tasting stuff. Apple Cider Vinegar is about the worst, but Aloe Vera is pretty gross tasting. It really is a miracle plant though. Loads of benefits from Aloe Vera. I have bought the cherry flavor and it still tastes like crap.

I don't drink that much so I just suck it up and deal with the taste. the benefits have outweighed the horrible taste. Just hiold my noes and go for it, lol!

Aloe Vera juice from Trader Joe's is the best IMO. I didn't buy the gallon b/c I didn't know how it would taste but it was good.

Very good for the digestive flora..All depends on what is goin on too with your digestion..I take probiotics or a good digestive enzyme...like with acidophlius. Papayas enzymes are supposed to be good too. Many variables can cause digestive issues. IBS can be stress related or physical/hormonal.

This is all true and I have had some major digestive issues lately. I am having an endoscopy this week. I started the aloe vera and enzymes and it helped my tummy greatly.

Wow seven bucks a gallon ? I found it for $9.99 at Bi-Mart not bad. I dont think it tastes that bad really it does have this sorta twang and a burn to it but not as bad a say gin. maby cut it with apple or grapefruit juice and you wont notice the taste. Aloe Vera juice is really supposed to be the s#it (no pun) for you, super beneficial in lots of ways.
