bulking on a budget

What's the best way to bulk up without spending a ton of cash last time my food bill could have fed a Family of four, any ideas would be great i can't live on late,eggs,and tuna though lol

Just eating is dirt cheap like pasta and such but eating a clean bodybuilders pre contest diet is quite expensive. baby1 has many good recipies posted on the forumn that got me through the "I'm sick of eggs and..." diet. Search under her name and you will be pleasantly surprised.
